Shipping your order
How do you ship your wines?
Wine is our passion and we know how fragile shipping wine can be.
We use special reinforced cardboard boxes, each bottle in the box has it's own separate compartments avoiding contact. Our cartons are certified by the carrier.
Who is your carrier?
We work with UPS. This carrier has proven over the years to be reliable and professional, especially in transporting our precious wines and spirits.
How long does it take to receive my order?
After we prepared your order, it takes between 3-5 days to be delivered to your address.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been prepared for UPS, you will receive a tracking number, which will enable you to follow your order all the way home.
