For orders of EUR 75 (incl. VAT) or more we offer free shipping throughout Cyprus.

Orders will be dispatched from our winery within 2-5 days after being placed, arriving the same day.

SHIPPING METHOD in Cyprus:

All deliveries will be made via the network of ACS Courier. Please make sure your POSTAL CODE AND PHONE NUMBER IS ENTERED CORRECTLY, because a good delivery depends on a correct Postal Code and Phone Number. Delivery to your door steps is available to most towns and urban areas in Zones 1, for Zone 2 and 3 only a pick-up from your nearest ACS Courier office is possible. SHIPPING OUTSIDE CYPRUS:

As of 27.04.2008 we are delivering to Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain and United Kingdom.

The shipping charges are divided into two categories:
1. Germany: up to 20 bottles = EUR15.00
Further increments of up to 20 bottles = additional EUR15.
1. All other countries: up to 20 bottles = EUR30.00
Further increments of up to 20 bottles = additional EUR30.00


RETURNS:

Please open all boxes immediately and check contents. We must be notified of any damages to our wines within 2 days of you receiving your products. In order to serve you better, we request that you also inspect all of your products for obvious defects/blemishes within 2 days of receiving them.
We guarantee you will get top quality products exactly as described. You may cancel your order at any time and for any reason within 7 days of delivery of the products ordered. In this case you must notify us of your wish to cancel in writing and you must return the product(s) to us at your expense in their original wrapping, intact and accompanied by all accessories and documentation which were part of the delivery.

Restocking fee:
# For all returned products we charge a restocking fee of 35% of the original purchase price.
# All returns must be shipped freight prepaid, with delivery to the Lambouri Winery cellar door.
# All related fees (shipping & return shipping fees) are NON-REFUNDABLE for all products in all cases.
